FUSING MACHINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
| 1. Periodical Check & Clean the Fusing machine. | |||
| 2. Check the Temperature: make sure the temperature areas | |||
| inside the machine are stable and | |||
| coincide with temperature gauge. | |||
| 3.Check the pressure: | make sure the pressure roller and | ||
| surface are even. | |||
| 4. Check the time: | make sure the fusing time is | ||
| accurate as setting time. | |||
| 5. Clean the conveyor belts. | |||
| 6.Interlinings cutting pieces should be a smaller than the | |||
| fabric pieces. And keep clean between fusible and fabric. | |||
| 7. Do not let the pins or hard metals put in side the machine. | |||
| 8. Before stop the production, Low down the Machine | |||
| temperature about 60¢X C first, then turn-off the machine. | |||
